Prep Time: 5-10 minutes.
No cooking time!
Let’s start with the equipment you will need so that you can be ready to go.
In the kitchen
large drinking glass <or> drink bottle
measuring cups & spoons
specialty utensils to help with extracting ingredients (e.g.: garlic press for pressing ginger root, or juice press for pressing lemon/lime)
kitchen knife
cutting board
1. Cucumber-Lemon Electrolyte Drink
Refreshing & Hydrating
A crisp, cooling electrolyte drink perfect for hydration.
Ingredients:
2 cups water (or coconut water)
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp baking soda
1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
3-4 cucumber slices
1-2 tsp pure honey or maple syrup (optional)
A few fresh mint leaves (optional)
Optional Boost: 1 tbsp chia seeds (soak for 10 minutes)
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a glass or bottle.
Stir or shake well to dissolve the salt and baking soda.
Let sit for 5-10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
Serve chilled.
2. Watermelon-Mint Electrolyte Drink
Cooling & Replenishing
Naturally sweet and hydrating, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients:
1 cup watermelon juice (blended & strained)
1 cup water or coconut water
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp baking soda
1 tbsp lime juice
A few fresh mint leaves (muddle for extra flavor)
Optional Boost: A splash of aloe vera juice
Instructions:
Blend fresh watermelon and strain if needed.
Add all ingredients to a glass or bottle.
Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes.
Serve over ice.
3. Orange-Turmeric Electrolyte Drink
Anti-Inflammatory & Energizing
A citrusy drink packed with electrolytes and anti-inflammatory benefits.
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh orange juice (or ½ cup juice + ½ cup water)
1 cup coconut water
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp turmeric
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
A pinch of black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
Optional Boost: ½ tsp grated ginger for extra zing
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bottle or jar.
Shake well until everything is combined.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
4. Pineapple-Coconut Electrolyte Drink

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh pineapple juice
1 cup coconut water
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp baking soda

Optional Boost: 1 tbsp chia seeds for added hydration
Instructions:
Blend berries with water until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
